The field in the 71st annual AAABA Tournament has been reduced to five teams after four dramatic games on Thursday.

The Friday schedule will include a doubleheader at Point Stadium.

In a meeting of undefeated teams, Altoona Wise Trailer Sales (3-0) will face Boston BASE Astros (3-0) at 1 p.m.

In the nightcap, Johnstown Martella’s Pharmacy (2-1) will face the Philadelphia Bandits (2-1) at 7 p.m.

New Orleans, which picked up a pair of wins on Thursday in a doubleheader at Iron Horse Complex, will have a bye.

On Thursday, New Orleans trailed Columbus 4-0 in an elimination morning game at Iron Horse but rallied to win 11-4. Also in the morning, Chicago Metro trailed Youngstown Creekside Crocodiles 9-4 in the eighth inning before rallying to win 10-9.

In the afternoon at Iron Horse, New Orleans edged defending champion Chicago Metro 5-3.

In the night game at Point Stadium, Boston BASE Astros built a 3-0 advantage and held off an eighth-inning rally by Johnstown Martella’s. Boston won 3-1 in front of a large crowd at the Point.
