Fri (8/6) 12 pm Point New Orleans Philadelphia 20 - 5 New Orleans scored 11 runs in top 9th. Christian Westcott went 5-for-7 with 2 doubles, 2 runs and four RBIs. Josh Alexander went 4-for-6 with 2 runs, 5 RBIs, including a double and a 2-run HR. Bryan Broussard had 3 hits, with a double and a triple. Philadelphia's Owen Petrich had 2 hits and 3 RBIs, and Trey Obarowski had 3 hits and 2 runs. Fri (8/6) 7 pm. Point New Brunswick Johnstown 10 - 5 Justin Scotto hit a key solo home run into the right-field bleachers to ignite a New Brunswick comeback from a 5-0 deficit. James Schuld got the win in relief as the Matrix advanced to its third AAABA Tournament title game. Sat (8/7) 6 pm. Point New Brunswick New Orleans 6 - 17 New Orleans won its 17th AAABA Tournament title. MVP Christian Westcott went 2-for-4 with a triple, two runs and 4 RBIs in title game. Brennan Lambert hit a 3-run HR. Carson Lore pitched 7 innings for his 2nd win of the week. -
