AAABA Tournament Schedule Set for Pool Play

The 77th AAABA Tournament will open on Monday, August 1 with eight games played at seven sites.
All seven day games will begin at noon.
The official opener pairing Johnstown-1 Paul Carpenter Capital Advisors and the New York Rockland Pirates will be at 7:30 p.m. at Sargent’s Stadium at the Point.
Four pools consisting of four teams apiece will compete in pool play for the first three days.
Pool A includes: Philadelphia Bandits; New Orleans Boosters; North Carolina Disco Turkeys; and Columbus TNT Knights.
Pool B includes: New Brunswick Matrix; Maryland State Crabfest; Brooklyn-2 Bonnie Rams; and Johnstown-2 Martella’s Pharmacy.
Pool C includes: Buffalo Royal Printing; Zanesville Junior Pioneers; Brooklyn-1 Cougars; and Cleveland B2Bulls.
Pool D includes: Johnstown-1 Paul Carpenter Capital Advisors; Altoona Cumming Motors; Youngstown Creekside Crocodiles; and New York Rockland Pirates.
Monday’s games
In the Upper Bracket:
Two-time defending champion New Orleans Boosters will play the North Carolina Disco Turkeys at Roxbury Park.
Philadelphia Bandits will play the Columbus TNT Knights, at Forest Hills High School in St. Michael.
Johnstown-2 Martella’s Pharmacy will play New Brunswick Matrix at Sargent’s Stadium.
Maryland State Crabfest will play Brooklyn-2 Bonnie Rams at Lilly Washington War Memorial Field.
In the Lower Bracket:
Buffalo Royal Printing will play Cleveland B2Bulls at Portage Haschak Memorial Field.
Zanesville Junior Pioneers will play Brooklyn-1 Cougars at Westmont Hilltop High School.
Paul Carpenter Capital Advisors vs. New York Rockland Pirates at the Point.
Altoona Cumming Motors vs. Youngstown Creekside Crocodiles at Mount Aloysius College.
Tuesday’s games (afternoon times to be determined):
In the Upper Bracket:

Philadelphia vs. North Carolina at Westmont Hilltop.
New Orleans vs. Columbus at Lilly.
New Brunswick vs. Brooklyn-2 Bonnie Rams at Mount Aloysius.
Maryland State vs. Johnstown-2 Martella’s Pharmacy at Sargent’s Stadium.
In the Lower Bracket:
Buffalo vs Brooklyn at Forest Hills High School in St. Michael.

In the Lower Bracket:
Buffalo vs. Zanesville at Westmont Hilltop High School.
Brooklyn-1 Cougars vs. Cleveland at Lilly.
Johnstown-1 Paul Carpenter Capital Advisors vs. Altoona at Sargent’s Stadium, 7 p.m.
Youngstown vs. New York at Forest Hills High School in St. Michael.
