Rain showers postponed the scheduled night game in Thursday’s quarterfinal round of the 77th AAABA Tournament.
Johnstown Paul Carpenter Capital Advisors was set to face Cleveland B2Bulls at Sargent’s Stadium at the Point when steady rains hit ahead of the 7 p.m. contest.
Earlier in the day, Johnstown-2 Martella’s Pharmacy beat Philadelphia Bandits 11-5, and two-time defending champion New Orleans Boosters defeated the New Brunswick Matrix 11-6 in a rematch of last year’s title game. Those games were at the Point.
At Roxbury Park, Brooklyn Cougars beat Altoona Cumming Motors 8-5.
Friday’s tripleheader at Sargent’s Stadium includes:
* 10 a.m.: Johnstown Paul Carpenter Capital Advisors vs. Cleveland B2Bulls.
* 1:30 p.m.: New Orleans Boosters vs. Johnstown-2 Martella’s Pharmacy.
* 7:30 p.m.: The Brooklyn Cougars await the winner of the morning contest between Paul Carpenter and the B2Bulls.
